Cancellation and Rescheduling
Policy

*ALL CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING MUST BE GIVEN AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE

*Failure to cancel or reschedule before the 24-hour period will result in an ADDITIONAL FEE based on the package.

 

*All Cancellations will result in PARTIAL REFUND which would include everything EXCEPT INITIAL DEPOSIT

 

*Customers will receive their photos within a 72-hour Time frame after the shoot.

 

*Failure to deliver these photos to the customer within this given time frame will result in an automatic reimbursement of the initial deposit to the Customer.

 

*If we don't reach out within 5 Business Days after the date of your event with your pictures you will be eligible for a FULL REFUND along with Photos taken at the shoot.
